We were going to go with a friend at first and then we met a gentelaman that said he used Cammie Bigham and she found their house sight unseen by her and she found the perfect house for them. He said that she listened to every detail of what they wanted and she found it. From day one Cammie was a go getter in everything she did. She knew the market and area and never slacked off until our house sold. She was always there no matter what time we called with a question and always stayed positive and was willing to try new advertizing in different areas. She offered to help clean up before open houses and never shyed away from lending a helping hand. Her photographer that took pictures of our house was the best!! Cammie handled a multitude of details. This sale was for my Dad's probate which was emotional for me and complicated given that the home was only 75% complete and in a very rural area. Cammie went above and beyond talking to county officials to determine which areas of the home had been completed regarding electric, septic, well, builder quotes, etc. Simply driving out to the property was nearly an hour each direction for her and she happily went out numerous times to meet with buyers and venders. I own a real estate brokerage in another state and was beyond impressed with Cammie's determination to get this home sold.
